These contribute to a high degree of comfort. The typical layer thickness is about 2 mm. Due to its elastic properties, the screed is crack-bridging (subfloor tolerant). It is possible to apply a rubber mat under the screed for extra shock absorption, for example in play corners etc.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"aromatische-en-alifatische-gietvloer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aromatic and aliphatic cast flooring<\/h2>\n<p>When finishing, you can choose between a\u00a0<em>aromatic<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0<em>aliphatic<\/em>\u00a0casting floor. An aromatic molding floor is light-yellowing while an aliphatic molding floor is colorfast and UV stable. In rooms with many windows, it is recommended to use an aliphatic casting floor.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"decoratieve-afwerking\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Decorative finishing<\/h2>\n<p>It is also possible to achieve a decorative finish by sprinkling the screed with colored chips (mixture of PVA flakes). It is also possible to apply a sealing layer. The casting floor is then finished with a transparent or colored sealing layer and is easy to clean and maintain. By applying a grain in the sealing layer, a non-slip finish can also be achieved.<\/p>\n<p>For heavy loads, for example rolling office chairs, two sealing layers are highly recommended. A second layer increases the mechanical resistance of the system and, in particular, its resistance to the loads of office chairs.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"onderhoud-polyurethaan-gietvloer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maintenance of polyurethane screed<\/h2>\n<p>Scratches and smudges are highly visible on polyurethane cast floors. To avoid scratches, it is important that polyurethane cast floors be cleaned regularly.<\/p>\n<p>Sufficient vacuuming and mopping will ensure that the floor remains beautiful for a long time. This is because if there is too much sand on the floor, it can cause scuffing. Water left on the floor for a long time can cause lime stains. Therefore, make sure that you do not leave water on your floor for too long.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"grondstof\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Raw material<\/h2>\n<p>Polyurethane cement is an advanced raw material often used to produce durable molding floors.
